To start, you need to walk into one of the seven portals in spawn that will take you to each of the seven continents in the world. When you spawn, you find resources by cutting down trees, building mines, etc... Gold is the main currency in this server and with gold, you can trade with other people, buy plots, and even build nations.
If you would like to teleport back to the lobby, please use the command /mvtp lobby
Once you have acquired 32 gold, you are ready to claim your first town block, which can be done using /t new <town name>. The first chunk that you claim using this command will become your homeblock.
You may also choose to expand a town with /t claim for 8 gold (if you are a mayor or assistant). If you wish to change your homeblock to a newly claimed chunk, please use the command /t set homeblock when you are standing on top of the chunk that you want to set as a homeblock.
If you feel that your town cannot meet the upkeep fee*, or for any other reason, you can also delete your town using /t delete <your town name>.
If you would like to invite a player to your town, you may use the command /t add <username>. This will invite the other player, and if they accept the invite, they will be able to join the town. Conversely, if you would like to remove a member from your town, you may do /t kick <username>.
f a player would like to join a town, they must use /t join <town name>.
If you would like to be teleported back to your town if you got lost, you may use the command
/t spawn to teleport back to spawn.
As a mayor, if you would like to deposit money into your town bank (will be used for upkeep and expanding your town), then you may do so by using the command /t deposit <amount of gold>. Alternatively, if you would like to withdraw money from your town bank, then you may do so using /t withdraw <amount of gold>.
If you are a mayor who wishes to change certain permissions of a town, you may do so using
/t toggle <option>
The possible options are:
*Towns that do not have enough money to meet the upkeep fee will fall into debt. When the debt cap of 20 gold is reached, the town will fall into ruins. The current upkeep fee per real-life day is 1 gold.

Each chunk claimed by a town can be registered as a plot. By default, all of the plots are owned by the mayor, and they can be put up for sale.
If you own a plot, and you would like to sell it, use /plot fs <amount of gold>. If you have decided not to sell your plot, use the command /plot nfs.
If you would like to set the permissions of your plot, you may use the command /plot perm <group> <permission> <on/off>. If you would like to set the permissions of ALL of your owned plots, you may instead use /resident set perm <group> <permission> <on/off>.

If you have at least 192 gold in your town bank, you may create a nation using the command
/n new <nation name>.
If you feel that you cannot handle your nation*, then please use the command
/n delete <your nation name>.
If you would like to view the stats of a nation, please use the command /n <nation name>.
To invite a town to your nation, you must use the command /n add <town name>. Alternatively, if you would like to remove a town from your nation, you must use the command
/n kick <town name>.
If a leader of a nation would like to deposit money into the nation bank, they may do so using the command /n deposit <amount>. Alternatively, they may withdraw money from the nation bank using /n withdraw <amount>.
If you would like to set the capital of your nation, you may use the command
/n set capital <town>. This will make the town the capital, and it will also make its mayor the leader of the nation. If you would only like to set the leader, but not the capital, you may do so using the command /n set king <resident>.
*Nations that do not meet the upkeep fee of 20 gold (per real-life day) will be disbanded, leaving all of the contained towns isolated.

To create a shop, hold the item you want to sell, click on an empty chest that you have placed, and it will prompt you asking what price you want to sell your item. Once you have entered a price, the chest will become a shop.
If you would like to change the mode of a shop from selling to buying, you may use the command /qs buy when looking at your shop. Alternatively, if you would like to change the shop back to sell mode, you may use the command /qs sell.
If you would like to add staff that manage your shop, you may do so using the command /qs staff add <player>. If you would like to remove staff members from your shop, you can use the command /qs staff remove <player>. If you want to remove all members from your shop, you can use the command /qs staff clear. If you would like a list of staff for your shop, you can use the command /qs staff list.
If you are buying something and would like to find a shop that is selling the item you want, you may search for it using the command /qs find <item>.
